Graduated from Lodz Film School in Poland. Gained his professional experience while working for MTV Networks Europe & producing for CBS, BBC & Reuters. Before stepping into ad world, he produced live concerts for artists such as Björk, Stereo MC's, Telepopmusik, as well as numerous music videos.

In 2006 he founded Papaya Films - company designed to create high quality content & entertainment around the world. Since it's beginning, Papaya produced over 1000 campaigns in 28 countries and has been distinguished with 77 industry awards including KTR Production Company of the Year 2012, 2016, 2017 & 2018, Gold, Silver & Bronze Lions at Cannes Lions Festival and prestigious SHOTS Award.

While collaborating with international ad agencies such as 72andSunny, McCann, DDB, BBH, Saatchi & Saatchi, BBDO, Grey, Publicis and more, he has been supporting development of young filmmaking talents by launching and managing the most recognized contest for young film creatives - Papaya Young Directors. Since 2013 Papaya Films has been also representing a diverse roster of international filmmakers in Central Europe, UK & USA.

In 2016 he developed Papaya Films Original Series followed by Papaya Films Presents Stories in 2017. Both are annual series of short films created by visionary & insightful indie directors from around the world, telling authentic, valuable stories that matter & bringing new voices into artistic, cultural and social exchange.

As Papaya Films Managing Partner he also pioneered new eco-friendly industry standards by implementing the 3R rule (Reduce / Reuse / Recycle) not only within the company but on all film sets ran by Papaya.
